Hotel check-in rules, occupancy, substitutions, early check-in, and guest responsibilities for Adventure Andaman hotel bookings.
This Hotel Policy applies to hotel and resort reservations arranged by Adventure Andaman as part of a package or standalone booking. Hotel services are provided by independent properties and are subject to their house rules.
If the confirmed hotel or room category is unavailable due to overbooking, maintenance, operational issues, or force majeure, Adventure Andaman or the hotel may provide accommodation of equal or higher category in the same or nearby property. If only a lower category is available, a fair rate adjustment or refund for the difference may be considered.
Meal plans (room only, breakfast, half board, etc.) are as stated in your confirmation. Meal timings and menus are controlled by the hotel. Special dietary requests will be passed on but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests must follow hotel policies regarding smoking, alcohol, pool use, noise, and access hours. You are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by you or your party. The hotel may charge repair or replacement costs directly.
Failure to arrive on the booked check-in date without notice may be treated as a no-show and charged according to hotel policy. Shortening stay after check-in may not qualify for refund of unused nights.
Report service issues to the hotel front desk immediately and notify Adventure Andaman support so we can assist while you are on property. Post-stay complaints are harder to resolve with suppliers.
