How to cancel your Adventure Andaman booking, what charges may apply, and how supplier rules affect tour packages, ferries, hotels, activities, and car rentals.
This Cancellation Policy explains how bookings made with Adventure Andaman may be cancelled, what charges may apply, and how third-party supplier rules can affect your trip. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below along with any service-specific conditions shared at the time of booking.
This policy applies to bookings arranged by Adventure Andaman for:
Some services are subject to additional cancellation rules from ferry operators, hotels, activity providers, or transport partners. Where supplier rules are stricter, those rules will apply.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through our official WhatsApp support channel using the contact details on our website. Please include your booking reference, traveller names, travel dates, and the service you wish to cancel.
A cancellation is confirmed only after you receive written acknowledgement from Adventure Andaman. Verbal requests alone do not constitute a valid cancellation.
Cancellation charges depend on the service booked, supplier policy, and how close the cancellation is to the travel or activity date. Unless otherwise stated in your quotation or confirmation:
Your booking confirmation or invoice will note any special cancellation terms that override these general guidelines.
If you do not arrive for a scheduled service without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are generally non-refundable. If you use only part of a package (for example, skip a hotel night or activity), unused services may not be refunded unless the supplier agrees.
Where possible, we will try to reschedule dates, ferries, hotels, or activities instead of cancelling outright. Change requests are subject to availability and may involve fare differences or amendment fees charged by suppliers.
We may need to cancel or modify a booking when a supplier is unavailable, schedules change, safety concerns arise, or government or port authority instructions require it. In such cases we will offer reasonable alternatives where possible. If no suitable alternative is available, refund treatment will follow our Refund Policy and applicable supplier rules.
Events outside reasonable control—including severe weather, cyclones, rough seas, port closures, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, government restrictions, or permission changes affecting island access or activities—may require itinerary changes or cancellations. Adventure Andaman is not liable for losses arising directly from such events, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with rebooking or refund claims permitted by suppliers.
Please contact our team by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will confirm eligibility and any charges in writing.
No. Packages often combine services from multiple suppliers. Each component may have different cancellation terms, so refunds may be partial.
Operator cancellations are handled under supplier rules. We will help with rebooking on the next available sailing or with refund processing if permitted.
Travel services are date-specific. Once suppliers are booked and vouchers issued, standard cancellation charges usually apply immediately.
Partial cancellations may be possible but can change package pricing, room occupancy, or vehicle allocation. Revised charges will be shared before confirmation.
General weather forecasts do not automatically qualify for free cancellation unless official restrictions or supplier cancellations apply.
