This was the first time we went for a packaged tour and were sceptical about the flexibility it will offer since we had a 4 year old and my elderly... This was the first time we went for a packaged tour and were sceptical about the flexibility it will offer since we had a 4 year old and my elderly parents. However, Ms.Heena who was our trip organizer clarified all our queries patiently, provided a lot of information that put us at ease and customised our beautiful Andaman experience. The resorts which she suggested were top notch and we had an excellent stay. Right from the moment she contacted us, she stayed in touch and responded to our queries promptly. Now coming to the trip, Mr. Krishna was our trip manager in Port Blair, he was very knowledgeable, was flexible to our plans and made sure the transport was available appropriately. Mr. Madhu was our trip manager in Havelock and ensures our Havelock stay was hassle free. One of our assigned drivers was very helpful when we had minor medical emergency. Last but not least, Niel Island was the cherry on the cake. The resort we stayed (Pearl Park) was infact recommended by Ms. Heena and it was awesome. It had private beach, star gazing programs and an excellent spa. Mr. Das our trip manager in Niel was wonderful and very hospitable. The 10 days trip created a family bonding with them to start with Heena who was very patient and prompt in making a customised itenarary for us was always there to help us even in minute issues then we had the lovely tour manager Krishna in port blair who took us to the best restaurants and all our small request was taken care then our Das in Neil island who was taking care of us like a family welcome drink was an awesome tender coconut from him personally and the last day there he treated us with lovely rosogolla last but not the least the owner Mr Murali who himself drove us to kayaking and later had a lovely tea with him .
