Passengers should report at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 20 minutes before departure. Passengers travel at their own risk and must follow all onboard safety instructions. The carrier is not liable for injury, illness, or death unless caused by proven negligence. Liability for baggage is limited under Indian law. The carrier is not responsible for cash, jewellery, electronics, or valuables unless officially declared before travel.
Passengers shall indemnify the carrier for any loss, injury, or damage caused by their own actions or negligence to the vessel, property, or other passengers. The carrier is not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond its control, such as adverse weather, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions. The ferry operator shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to weather, technical, operational, or port-related reasons. Passengers may be accommodated on the next available sailing at the operator's discretion. No consequential damages are payable.
In cases of proven negligence, compensation for injury or death shall be limited to the amounts prescribed under the Carriage by Sea Act, 1925 and related Indian regulations. Tickets are non-transferable and non-reroutable. Rescheduling is strictly subject to availability; additional charges are applicable. Passengers are responsible for the safety of their valuables and personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
By booking or using a ferry ticket, passengers agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form part of the contract of carriage. All bookings are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and route. Any claim for loss, injury, or damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of disembarkation. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.
All rights, defences, and limitations in these Terms extend equally to the carrier's employees, agents, and contractors. The carrier reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are unfit, intoxicated, non-compliant, or pose a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such cases. Compensation for damaged baggage onboard is limited to a maximum of INR 2,000 per baggage only.
- Greater than 48 hours before departure: ₹100 per passenger (no charges for infants below 2 years).
- Greater than 24 hours and less than 48 hours: 50% of base fare will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be processed.
Any refund amount will be credited to the same account used for booking. Refund and rescheduling rules may vary by operator and ticket type — always confirm at the time of booking.
