Pune is close to Mumbai on the map and not close to Andaman. You leave from Pune Airport (Lohegaon, PNQ) or, if it suits the ticket, you position to another mainland airport first. Adventure Andaman starts work only in Port Blair: hotels, ferries, cabs, listed activities.
We do not have a Pune office and we do not include PNQ–Port Blair air unless a quote says so. Because many Pune tickets are connections, send the full routing — not just the last flight number — so day one is planned against the real landing time.

No train or road to the islands. From Pune the holiday route is air to Port Blair. There is no passenger ship from Pune.
Pune Airport (PNQ) is a smaller domestic field than BOM or HYD. Many dates to Port Blair are connecting rather than non-stop. That is normal — it is not a reason to skip the trip — but it is a reason to protect the first island night.
Compare the full door-to-door: a PNQ connection that lands in Port Blair at 19:00 vs going to Mumbai the night before and taking a more useful BOM departure. We will not pick the airline for you. We will tell you whether the landing time works with a Havelock ferry.
The Pune–Mumbai road or rail leg is a mainland choice. Some travellers sleep near BOM and fly from there. If you do that, you are a Mumbai-origin flyer for the air sector — still no Adventure Andaman pickup until Port Blair.
Do not mix a same-morning Pune–Mumbai cab with a tight BOM–IXZ connection in peak traffic. Missed hubs are how Pune trips lose day one.
Pune Junction is useful to reach Mumbai or Hyderabad, not Port Blair. There is no railway to Andaman. A train-plus-flight combination is practical; a train-only plan is not.
Assume a connection until the airline shows you otherwise for your date.

Connecting inbounds from Pune fail more often at the hub than at IXZ. We plan day one against the last arrival, not the PNQ take-off time.
If that last arrival is after mid-afternoon, the itinerary should not include a same-day ferry. Tell us the routing before we lock Havelock seats.
