  • Name correction is not permitted once the ticket is booked. Please enter names accurately.
  • Passengers must report 45 minutes prior to departure.
  • Carry a valid photo identity card during check-in.
  • Cancellation Charges: Before 48 Hrs – ₹150, Before 24 Hrs – 50%, Within 24 Hrs – No Refund.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-re-routable.
  • Tickets are valid only for the original date of travel.
  • Prohibited items (e.g., nail cutters, knives, explosives) are not allowed in hand baggage.
  • Liquor & smoking are strictly prohibited on board.
  • Check-in counter closes 30 minutes before departure.
  • Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure.
  • Free baggage allowance: 25 kg registered baggage per passenger.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed on board.
  • Ticket once reschedule (with applicable reschedule charges) will not be cancelled and not be refunded..
  • Passenger Service Fee (PSF): ₹50 per person per ticket.
